Privacy policy
Wild Cargo is run by Joel Scott (ABN 35 601 002 367) in Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what we collect through wildcargo.com.au and what we do with it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles as a guide.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, email address, postcode, the main use you picked and the size you're interested in. We don't collect payment details. Our web host also processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we collect it
We use your details to tell you about the Big Wild Bag, including the launch, pricing and first access, and to understand which sizes and uses to make first. We won't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device and doesn't track you across other sites. The site remembers that you closed the notice banner using your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it's stored
Waitlist details are stored with our form provider (Formspree) or our web host (Cloudflare). Both may store data on servers outside Australia, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it while the waitlist and launch are running, or until you ask us to delete it.
Spam protection
Our form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting it. Turnstile processes limited technical information to do that check.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe option. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@wildcargo.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
